Refund policy
Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions and hair products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not offer refunds or accept returns, on any of the following:
• Bundles
• Closures
• Frontals
• Hair products
• DreamLights Collection
EXCHANGE
We understand that selecting the perfect colour/ texture match can be challenging . For this reason , we offer exchanges on hair extensions that are completely unaltered and in their original packaging .
To qualify for an exchange , the product must not have been worn, cut, washed, brushed, coloured, installed, or modified in any way and the original zip tag must remain intact and unchanged .
Eligible exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date as confirmed by shipping courier.
Only UK orders are eligible for exchange. Therefore, International orders cannot be exchanged.
To initiate an exchange , Please contact us at Support@Hirayahair.com with your order details.
Once your exchange request has been approved you will receive the return address via email.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any additional shipping-related fees. An invoice will be emailed to you to cover the shipping cost of the replacement item. If an item does not meet the conditions outlined in our exchange policy, the return will be declined and the original item will be sent back to you.
Please note that exchange items are subject to availability. If your selected item is out of stock, you will have the option to place a pre-order.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
Approved cases will receive a replacement once we receive back the incorrect of damaged goods. No refunds are issued.
CHARGEBACKS AND FRAUD PROTECTION
Any chargebacks filed without contacting HIRAYA Hair first may result in being permanently banned from future purchases.
