PROCESSING TIME

All item that are in stock will be processed within 2-3 business days, (excluding weekends and holidays.) after the purchase date 

Pre orders will ship on the designated date available , this will be stated in the in the ‘Product Information ‘ section

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING TIME FRAMES

Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated shipping times are:

    •    UK Royal Mail Tracked 24 : 1-2 business days after processing

    •    Europe Royal Mail Tracked & Signed: 3-5 business days after processing

    •    International Royal Mail Tracked & Signed: 5-7 business days after processing

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs processing.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. This cannot be changed once the customer has completed checkout.

HIRAYA Hair is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

LOST, STOLEN, DELAYED PACKAGES

HIRAYA Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the courier has confirmed delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping courier  directly. HIRAYA Hair will also investigate with the Courier to help speed up the process on locating your lost, stolen, or delayed packages
