How many bundles will i need
24" and below: 3 bundles are recommended for a natural density however if you would like it to have extra fullness we recommend 4 bundles.
26" and above: 4 bundles are recommended for a natural density, however if you would like to to have extra fullness we recommend 5 bundles.

HIRAYA hair products are individually handcrafted with care. Because of this artisanal process, no two items are exactly alike. Natural variations may occur in color, size, texture, and overall appearance. Differences may also be noticeable between the product you receive and the images shown on our website or social media platforms, as lighting conditions, settings, and photography methods can affect how products appear.
Any coloring or chemical processing of HIRAYA hair extensions—whether done by you or a professional stylist—is undertaken entirely at your own discretion and risk. Once HIRAYA hair extensions have been chemically altered, they are no longer eligible for return or exchange. If you choose to color your extensions, we strongly advise conducting a strand test beforehand to confirm the desired outcome, as the processing methods used during manufacturing may differ from those used by you or your stylist.
Caring for colored HIRAYA hair extensions is comparable to maintaining professionally bleached natural hair. By following our care guidelines and using our recommended products, you can help preserve the premium quality and durability of the hair.
Because HIRAYA hair extensions represent a significant investment, all permanent or chemical services should be performed by a licensed professional. While the hair can be colored, improper techniques or products may cause damage. Hair may react differently depending on the methods and chemicals used, which can result in issues such as excessive dryness, shedding, tangling, matting, or breakage. HIRAYA Hair is not liable for any damage caused by chemical processing.
For best results, HIRAYA extensions should always be installed by a licensed and/or extension-certified hairstylist. Any self-installation or installation by an unlicensed individual is done at your own risk, and we cannot be held responsible for any resulting issues or outcomes.
By purchasing HIRAYA Hair, you acknowledge and accept the responsibility of proper care and maintenance. The use of non-HIRAYA or non-recommended products may compromise the hair’s quality, performance, and longevity, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
Order terms & process
Order processing begins immediately once a purchase is completed.
After an order has been placed, changes cannot be made beyond a 24-hour window. This includes, but is not limited to, modifications to products, shipping methods, or delivery addresses. Once 24 hours have passed, all orders are considered final and are no longer eligible for cancellation.
After an order is submitted, HIRAYA Hair reserves the right to request additional payment verification or shipping confirmation when necessary. Any orders identified as high-risk or potentially fraudulent will be automatically cancelled.
Online purchases may be eligible for in-person pickup. In-stock items will be available for pickup within 24 hours of purchase. Pre-order items will be ready for collection once the specified availability date has been reached. Customers will be notified via email when their order is ready; please allow up to 12 business days for pre-order pickups.
HIRAYA hair products may be available for immediate purchase or offered as pre-orders, depending on the specific item.
Pre-order items are currently in production and have not yet arrived in stock. These products will have an estimated shipping timeframe clearly stated in the product description.
All pre-ordered items are expected to ship within 5–12 business days.
Orders and pre-orders may be cancelled or adjusted(exchanged) within 24 hours of purchase. After this 24-hour window, all purchases are considered final.

We understand that selecting the perfect colour/ texture match can be challenging . For this reason , we offer exchanges on hair extensions that are completely unaltered and in their original packaging.
